Poplar Farm Clearing Sale Brings Rare Vintage Machinery Collection to Inverell on 13th June.
Collectors, farming enthusiasts and restoration experts will have the chance to secure a piece of rural history when the Poplar Farm Clearing Sale goes under the hammer on Saturday, 13 June 2026 in Inverell, NSW.
Hosted at 143 Copeton Dam Road, Inverell, the sale will commence at 10:00am, with pre-inspection available on Friday, 12 June from 3pm–5pm.
The large vintage collection features an extensive range of tractors, stationary engines, implements, vehicles and rare parts, many dating back to the early 1900s.
Among the standout tractor lots are a 1934 Massey Harris Petrol/Kerosene, 1947 Fordson E27N Major, 1951 Ferguson TE20 Tractor & Plough, and a 1958 Massey Ferguson FE35. Several International and Chamberlain tractors are also included, along with a range of spare parts and implements.
Vintage engine collectors will find a significant selection of stationary engines, including:
- 1904 Hornsby & Son 2HP
- 1906 Hornsby Stockport Gas Engine
- Multiple Lister, Cooper, Imperial Super Diesel and International engines
- Rare petrol, kerosene and diesel variants across the collection
The vehicle section includes a number of classic and restored models, including:
- 1932 Ford BB Truck
- 1919 Model T Ford Roadster
- 1958 Austin Lancer sedan (restored)
- 1929 Chevrolet 1.5-ton truck
- Yamaha agricultural bike and camper trailer
A wide variety of farm implements and workshop items will also be offered, including ploughs, grader blades, hay rake, spray rig, disc harrows, generators, water pumps, hydraulic jacks and vintage vehicle parts.
